About this place
The peach tart gives visitors a reason to return to COCOCHI CAFE in different seasons. One diner described the crisp pastry and custard tucked inside the peach; another enjoyed the juicy fruit, which their knife passed through easily, with iced coffee. When you want the peach’s sweetness to take centre stage, the tart makes a natural choice, balanced by a clean-tasting coffee.
The cakes change with the seasons. On one visit, the display included a shortcake made with Amaou strawberries, a rare-cheesecake parfait and tarts. On another, a diner tried the mango purin à la mode and noted the pudding’s rich egg flavour, as well as a madeleine with dried mango served underneath. The sweets on offer vary by season, so take a moment to see what is in the case—perhaps a treat featuring seasonal fruit, or a different pleasure in the form of pudding or tart.
The dark-roast house blend combines beans from Colombia, Brazil, Guatemala and Kilimanjaro, and is available hot or iced. It is designed to pair with cake and prepared by hand-drip brewing. For something other than coffee, the house herbal tea—blended with ingredients including lemongrass, orange peel and rosehip—is served hot only. Muscat-flavoured Earl Grey is another option.
Visitors have also mentioned enjoying the latte art. A café latte or matcha latte could be a good match for a seasonal sweet. The café offers both dine-in and takeaway, and is described as suitable for solo diners.
